Flaky Salmon Bowl

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

FLAKY SALMON BOWL

  1. *Cook rice according to directions. Heat salmon in microwave or oven at 350 for 10 minutes (if desired).
  2. While rice is cooking, cut your avocado and cucumber into thin slices. Chop green onions.
  3. Assemble the bowls by placing a portion of rice in each bowl, then top with a salmon fillet, avocado slices, cucumber, and carrot .
  4. Drizzle the prepared sauce over the bowls, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions .
  5. Drizzle spicy mayo over each bowl; sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. 

*BASMATI RICE

  1. In a heavy saucepan, heat  1/2 oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the white rice sauté for 60 seconds to toast the rice.
  2. Add  2 cups water (1 cup water for 2 serving kit)  and bring the rice to a boil. Cover and reduce the heat to low and cook until the rice is tender and all the water is absorbed.
