PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
FLAKY SALMON BOWL
- *Cook rice according to directions. Heat salmon in microwave or oven at 350 for 10 minutes (if desired).
- While rice is cooking, cut your avocado and cucumber into thin slices. Chop green onions.
- Assemble the bowls by placing a portion of rice in each bowl, then top with a salmon fillet, avocado slices, cucumber, and carrot .
- Drizzle the prepared sauce over the bowls, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions .
- Drizzle spicy mayo over each bowl; sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
*BASMATI RICE
- In a heavy saucepan, heat 1/2 oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the white rice sauté for 60 seconds to toast the rice.
- Add 2 cups water (1 cup water for 2 serving kit) and bring the rice to a boil. Cover and reduce the heat to low and cook until the rice is tender and all the water is absorbed.
