Basil Pesto Chicken

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

BASIL PESTO CHICKEN

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line baking sheet with heavy-duty foil.
  2. Place chicken and pesto in medium bowl; toss to coat.
  3. Place chicken on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
  4. Remove from oven; top with tomatoes and cheese.
  5. Bake for an additional 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

*BASMATI RICE

  1. Reheat rice in microwave. Reheating tip-place small amount
    of water in rice before heating
